CVC Credit Partners appoints Jonathan Bowers to partner
CVC Credit Partners has appointed four new partners, including Jonathan Bowers in the firm's London office.
Prior to his promotion, Bowers held the position of senior managing director and senior portfolio manager. He founded CVC Cordatus in 2006, which later turned into CVC Credit Partners.
Before joining CVC, Bowers was a senior director in Deutsche Bank's European leveraged finance division, where he was focusing on structured products for leveraged buyouts. He started his career at Citibank and Charterhouse Bank. Bowers holds a master's degree in French and history from Oxford.
Gretchen Berstresser, Tom Newberry and Christopher Allen were meanwhile promoted to partner in CVC Credit Partners' New York office.
