
Asante's Chandra joins Puma

Puma Investments has hired Asante’s Parik Chandra as an investment manager.
Chandra joins from a senior associate position at placement agent Asante Capital Group, where he was responsible for fundraising, origination and due diligence, working with companies and institutional investors globally.
Prior to this, Chandra spent nine years at Barclays. Most recently he was director of the real estate restructuring team where he managed a portfolio of distressed clients as well as being responsible for the bank's real estate equity participation scheme for distressed assets.
Chandra holds a degree in economics from Durham University, where he is currently completing an MBA.
This is Puma's second recent hire following the appointment of James Ramsay as business development manager in September 2013. Puma recently unveiled several new products, including the Puma VCT 10 and Puma EIS.
