Hypovereinsbank appoints Thorsten Weinelt

He will support the expansion of the private banking division, which will advise customers on private equity investments.

Weinelt joins from Unicredit Group, where he was global head of research & chief strategist.

The private banking department of Hypovereinsbank specilises in advising high-net-worth clients and currently manages approximately 44,000 customers with assets of €42bn.
