Carey Olsen appoints new partner

Mulholland, who will be based out of the firm's offices in Jersey and London, joins from O'Melveny & Myers, where he spent five years. 

During that time he advised on a wide range of M&A and private equity related transactions, including fund formation and restructurings as well as spin outs.  Previously, Mulholland had worked at Slaughter and May.
