Sovereign-backed City & County acquires Guardian Homecare
Sovereign Capital-baked UK domiciliary healthcare provider City & County has acquired Guardian Homecare Ltd.
The deal represents the second bolt-on acquisition for City & County in the last six months.
With headquarters in Gilingham, Kent, Guardian Homecare was founded in 2000 as a domiciliary care provider for individuals with learning disabilities, as well as the elderly.
