Dekarta Capital backs ExpoPromoter
Russian private equity and venture firm Dekarta Capital has invested $1m in a series-A finance round for ExpoPromoter.
The capital will be used to develop the affiliate network, increase the number of partner websites, expand the event database and build up a strong infrastructure.
ExpoPromoter is headquartered in London with a technical office in Kiev, Ukraine and offers services such as event promotion, advertising, online ticketing and logistical support for event organizers. The company has an event database, covering 77,000 events by more than 8,000 event organisers. It also has an affiliate network of more than 500 business websites.
