
Project A provides €4m series-A extension for Lost My Name
Project A Ventures has invested €4m as part of a series-A extension for Lost My Name, a publisher of personalised children’s books.
The funding will enable the company to invest in tech infrastructure to support its international expansion plans.
Upon completion of the deal, Project A founding partner Florian Heinemann will take a seat on the company's board.
Previous funding
In June last year, Google Ventures led a $9m round for Lost My Name, with Greycroft Partners and The Chernin Group also taking part, according to unquote" data. The previous year, Forward Partners led a £500,000 seed funding round for the business.
Company
Founded in 2012, London-headquartered Lost My Name publishes personalised children's books. Following its debut book, The Little Boy/Girl Who Lost His/Her Name, the company is preparing to launch its second title The Incredible Intergalactic Journey Home across Europe later this year.
