Alcuin invests in Dovetail Games
Alcuin Capital Partners has made a тmulti-million poundт growth capital investment in UK computer games developer Dovetail Games.
The fresh capital will enable the company to invest in the development of its three simulation games, as well as the development of its live gaming platform.
The transaction marks Alcuin's third investment of 2016. In March, the firm invested in insurance company Lorega, while in October it backed aircraft charter business Air Charter Service.
The firm recently sold its stake in doughnut business Krispy Kreme UK to US-based brand owner Krispy Kreme Group.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Chatham, Kent, Dovetail develops train, flight and fishing simulation games for consoles and computers. The business has a total headcount of 130, with a second office in Stirling.
