Foresight invests in S4RB
Foresight has invested a seven-figure sum in UK communications and data analysis software company Solutions 4 Retail Brands (S4RB).
The deal valuation remains undisclosed, though Foresight typically makes investments of up to £5m.
S4RB will use the fresh capital to invest in product development and expand into new markets across the UK and continental Europe. Following the deal, the company will also undertake a recruitment drive.
Foresight senior investment manager Mike Quinn will take a seat on the S4RB board following the deal, in the role of investor director.

Headquartered in Nottingham and founded in 2006, S4RB develops cloud-based platforms enabling retailers to communicate with customers and analyse data. Its SupplierEngage product is a communications platform that enables companies to provide customer support and carry out data research, while its UBX BaseHub and UBX Link products are collaborative data analysis programs.
The company has a headcount of 30 and counts Asda, Waitrose and Walmart among its clients.
