
MMC in £3.75m round for Bloom & Wild
MMC Ventures has taken part in a £3.75m funding round for UK-based online flower delivery platform Bloom & Wild.
Burda Principal Investments, the investment arm of Hubert Burda Media, led the round, with existing angel investors also taking part.
The fresh capital will enable the company to expand into mainland Europe and invest in product development, with a particular focus on its mobile platform and its corporate gifting services.
Previous funding
MMC led a £2.5m growth capital funding round for Bloom & Wild in July 2015, with Samos, Catamaran Ventures and angel investor Scott Sage also taking part in the round.
