
CBPE's OH Assist acquires Working On Wellbeing
CBPE Capital-backed occupational healthcare provider OH Assist has acquired mobile healthcare provider Working On Wellbeing.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, although Working On Wellbeing generated EBITDA of £1m in 2015, according to publicly available records.
The bolt-on comes 14 months after the GP backed the MBO of OH Assist from Atos IT Services.
CBPE is invested in the company via its eighth fund, which held a final close on £405m in January 2010.
