Phoenix-backed Signum buys Vee Bee
Signum Technology Group, a UK-based provider of flow control products backed by Phoenix Equity Partners, has acquired industrial filter manufacturer Vee Bee Filtration.
Phoenix acquired a majority stake in Signum in March 2012 and this is the third bolt-on for the company. The company previously acquired Gall Thomson in March 2012.

Founded in 1957 by William Bradley, Vee Bee is an industrial filter manufacturer headquartered in Stourbridge. The company employs approximately 60 people and had a turnover of £9.7m as of the end of September 2016.
