
LDC-backed Equiom buys Eagle
Corporate services provider Equiom, which is backed by LDC, has acquired UK-based Eagle Consulting.
The deal marks Equiom's 10th acquisition under LDC's tenure and follows the bolt-on in October of Heritage Trust Group, a Singapore-based financial services firm.
The deal gives Equiom a UK presence and expands its accountancy business. LDC backed the secondary management buyout of Equiom in 2013, purchasing the firm from Livingbridge.
