
Lyceum's Bellrock bolts on Profile
Lyceum Capital portfolio company Bellrock has bolted on Profile Consultancy, a provider of consultancy services related to commercial property service charges.
The transaction was funded by a new financing facility provided by Ardian, which will enable the business to pursue further acquisitions.
The deal is the sixth bolt-on for Bellrock over the last 12 months after the acquisitions of Concerto, Stanley Hicks, Property Solutions, Dawn Group and RBK Mechanical in 2016.
Previous funding
Lyceum acquired the facilities management division of AIM-listed Johnson Service Group for £32.2m in August 2013, which subsequently rebranded to Bellrock in January 2014.

Dual-headquartered in York and Bedford, Profile Consultancy is a provider of management services for commercial property service charges. The company currently manages £250m of service charges per year on behalf of retail and leisure clients.
