Hartenberg's FutureLife bolts on Galway
FutureLife, a reproductive medicine business owned by CEE-focused investor Hartenberg Capital, has acquired fertility treatment provider Galway Fertility Clinic.
FutureLife acquired the business through its Irish subsidiary ReproMed, which the group bought in 2016. Financial details surrounding the transaction have not been disclosed.

Prior to acquiring Galway, FutureLife had an enterprise value of €100m, the GP said.
