
IK buys minority stake in Third Bridge
IK Investment Partners has bought a minority stake in UK-based private equity and hedge fund research firm Third Bridge.
IK will draw capital from its €277m Small Cap Fund which is approximately 55% deployed, according to unquote" data.
The company has doubled its turnover every two years since 2007, according to a press release. Publicly available documents show the company recorded revenues of $67.4m with $1m in profits in 2016.
Growth capital investor Beringea, which first invested in Third Bridge in 2012, will sell its stake to IK as part of the agreement.

Third Bridge is a UK-based research firm, conducting company and market research for the private equity and hedge fund industry. It has a client base of around 300 and employs 550 people. The company was founded in 2007.
