Notion, NEA in $48m series-C for Move Guides
London HR technology firm Move Guides has raised $48m in a series-C funding round with new investments from current shareholders Notion Capital and New Enterprise Associates (NEA).
Australia's sovereign wealth fund Future Fund also participated. The company has now raised a total of $91m across five funding rounds.
In July 2012, the year after Move Guides was founded, AngelLab led a £400,000 round of seed capital. At the end of 2013, the company received $1.8m in a round led by Notion Capital, NEA and several angel investors.
NEA and Notion Capital led a series-A worth $8.2m in October 2014, which was joined by two individual investors and facilitated the company's expansion into Hong Kong. A further $15.6m was raised in a series-B a year later, led once again by NEA and Notion Capital, which allowed the firm to set up offices in San Francisco and launch new products.
