
KCP invests £6.6m in MC&C
Key Capital Partners (KCP) has invested £6.6m in London-based media and advertising agency MC&C.
The new capital will be used to hire key staff, invest in operational technology and finance potential acquisitions. The company will be split into three divisions post-transaction: MC&C London, MC&C Muse and MC&C International.
KCP partner Mike Fell will join the board of MC&C.
KCP's first formal institutional fund reached a final close in late 2016 on £65m. As of March this year, it was deployed at around 33%, according to unquote" data.
Company
Founded in 2002 by Mike Colling, MC&C now employs 73 people. It advises its clients on advertising and media strategy as well as coordinating global campaigns for its partners. Its client base includes Unicef and Wateraid.
