
Foresight injects £1.9m into Regency Design & Print
Foresight Group has invested £1.9m in UK-based graphics company Regency Design & Print.
Following the deal, Regency will look to improve its operations to meet a growing order pipeline, according to a statement issued by the GP, and pursue international expansion.
The company's management team, currently led by chair David Harkness and managing director Julian Simpson, will be expanded by the imminent recruitment of a new chairperson and financial director.
Royal Bank of Scotland provided banking facilities to support Regency's growth strategy.

Founded in 1986 and headquartered in South Godstone, Surrey, Regency is a graphics company focused on point-of-sale marketing, vending machines and branding for vehicles. It has a headcount of 38 and its clients include Coca Cola Enterprises, Lucozade Ribena Suntory, Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Nestlé.
