LDC invests in engineering consultancy Patrick Parsons
LDC has invested in UK-based engineering consultancy firm Patrick Parsons to support its bolt-on of infrastructure engineering consultancy THDA.
The funding will also enable the company to pursue further nationwide expansion.
Patrick Parsons has expanded via the acquisition of six businesses over the last five years, most recently bolting on London-based JSA in 2015, Guildford-based Stilwell in 2016 and Manchester-based BCM in 2017.
As part of the deal, the business has appointed Robert Horvath, non-executive chairperson at Bardsley Construction Group and formerly non-executive director at Robertson Group, as non-executive chairperson.
A spokesperson for LDC declined to comment on the deal valuation.
