Spectrum injects €26m into Digital Marketing Institute

The fresh capital will enable the company to pursue international expansion and invest in new certification programmes.

According to a statement, the business has experienced an average annual growth rate of 73% since 2014.

As part of the deal, Spectrum principal Adam Margolin and vice-president Parag Khandelwal will take a seat on the Digital Marketing Institute board of directors, while the company has also appointed Ted Weissberg, formerly CEO at the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, as executive chairperson.

The company offers specialist courses, diplomas, postgraduate diplomas and master's degrees. It partners with more than 100 education institutions and has provided training to more than 18,000 people across 110 countries to date.
