Lonsdale's P2 bolts on Certeco
Lonsdale Capital Partners portfolio company P2 Consulting has bolted on financial-services-focused management consultancy Certeco.
The transaction comes eight months after Lonsdale backed P2's MBO and five months after the business bolted on FS 101.
Following the transaction, the consolidated group will generate revenues of around £30m and have a headcount of around 250, according to a statement issued by Lonsdale.
In order to fund the bolt-on, Lonsdale provided fresh capital from its first institutional fund, which reached its £110m hard-cap in April 2016. The vehicle has made four principal investments and six bolt-on investments to date, and is one third deployed, according to a statement.
