
YFM injects £1.5m into E2E
YFM Equity Partners has invested £1.5m in UK-based telecommunications engineering and consultancy business E2E Engineering.
The fresh capital will enable the business to launch its NeatAccess communications node, designed to solve communications-based issues related to low-cost platforms, including airborne drones, unmanned aerial vehicles and small satellites.
As part of the deal, YFM has introduced Mark Hurley, a director of the GP's portfolio company Insider Technologies, to the E2E board.
The GP made the investment via its British Smaller Companies and British Smaller Companies 2 venture capital trusts.

Dual-headquartered in Welwyn Garden City and Gateshead, E2E was founded in 1999. The company has historically provided technical consultancy and engineering services to the telecommunications industry, with a particular focus on satellite communications.
