
August Equity acquires dental practices for £5.75m
August Equity has acquired South Yorkshire dental chain Dinnington & High Green Dental Practices for £5.75m via its dentistry buy-and-build platform.
It is the second acquisition in the strategy after the GP acquired Genesis Dental Care in May.
The sale was handled by specialist property adviser Christie & Co, which was appointed by Michael and Margaret Naylor, who owned the practices for 35 years prior to the sale.
Neil Lloyd is CEO of the new company created by August Equity for the acquisitions.

Dinnington & High Green Dental Practices comprises 13 surgeries in two prominent locations in South Yorkshire. They take NHS and private patients and offer foundation training to dentists.
