
Touchstone leads $3.5m round for Re:Infer
Touchstone Innovations has led a $3.5m seed funding round for Re:Infer, a UK-based developer of communications-related artificial intelligence software.
New backer Crane Ventures also took part in the round, alongside existing investors Seedcamp and AI entrepreneur Jason Kingdon.
The fresh capital will enable the company to invest in product development.

Founded in 2015 at University College London, Re:Infer is an artificial intelligence company focusing on enterprise communications in the consumer sector. It analyses customer communications at scale to identify potential bugs and solutions, as well as suggesting improvements to automate business processes. Its clients include businesses operating in the e-commerce, finance, insurance and banking sectors.
