Catalyst acquires investment management consultancy Knadel
Financial market consultancy Catalyst Development has acquired investment management adviser Knadel as part of its expansion strategy.
This acquisition is meant to pave the way for a series of other upcoming strategic acquisitions by Catalyst, with the company aiming to double revenues in the upcoming financial year.

Lloyds Bank provided a debt facility to support the transaction.
