
BGF invests £6.3m in Dianomi as Beringea exits
BGF has invested £6.3m in UK-based online advertising content management platform Dianomi, as part of an expansion round that will also provide an exit for Beringea.
Kelly Newman Ventures also took part in the funding round, with the fresh capital earmarked for an international expansion strategy focusing on the US, German and Asia-Pacific markets. Dianomi will also undertake recruitment to expand its sales and data analyst teams.
According to a statement, the business has trebled its turnover over the course of the last two years.
As part of the deal, Dianomi has appointed KNV CEO Mike Kelly as a non-executive chairperson
Previous funding
Beringea provided Dianomi with an undisclosed level of expansion capital in June 2007.
