Elysian-backed Fastflow bolts on Partner Construction
Elysian Capital-backed UK water and gas maintenance company Fastflow Group has wholly acquired affordable housing developer Partner Construction.
The consolidated group will generate revenues of more than £120m and have a headcount of around 800.
The deal comes a year after Elysian acquired Fastflow and will be funded with capital invested by the GP as part of that initial buyout.
Elysian is invested in Fastflow via its second fund, which held a final close on £250m in July 2015.

Headquartered in Derby, Partner Construction is a developer of affordable housing. It has completed 2,000 new houses across 82 sites in the last seven years, has an order book of more than £100m and generated a profit of £1.7m in the 2016-2017 financial year.
