Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, Connected Capital and existing shareholder City Securities also took part in the round, alongside Joseph Schull, formerly head of Europe at Warburg Pincus.

Concentra first received backing from institutional fund managers in December 2009, when Solon Ventures and Notion Capital provided an undisclosed amount as part of a growth funding round.
Solon then led a second round of funding for the company in June 2012, with the value remaining undisclosed again.
