Highland Europe injects $21m into Incopro
Highland Europe has made a $21m growth funding investment in IP protection software and consultancy business Incopro.
Following the deal, the business will invest in expanding its senior management team, developing its product and expanding internationally. In particular, the company will look to bolster its existing operations in Shanghai.
As part of the deal, Highland Europe partner Sam Brooks and principal Gajan Rajanathan will take seats on the Incopro board.
The GP is currently investing from Highland Europe Technology Growth II, a €332m fund that held its final close in October 2015.

Founded in 2011, London-headquartered Incopro develops software that identifies IP infringements and manages the enforcement process.
