Edge leads £4m Hoop series-A
Edge Investments has led a ТЃ4m series-A funding round for Hoop, a platform that enables parents to book local activities for children.
BGF also took part in the round, which will enable the company to invest in the development of its operations division and prepare for expansion into the US market.
As part of the deal, Edge investment manager Niall Santamaria will take a seat on the Hoop board of directors.
Previous funding
BGF Ventures led a £2.4m round of seed capital funding for Hoop in September 2017.
