EQT in $28m series-B for Beamery
EQT Partners and Microsoft's corporate venture arm, M12, have led a $28m series-B funding round for Beamery, a UK-based developer of HR and recruitment software.
The company will invest in product development, open a second research and development office within the next 12 months and undertake a recruitment drive.
The business will look to implement changes that facilitate GDPR compliance, provide increased customisation, bolster security and introduce new languages.
Previous funding
Edenred Capital Partners led a $2m seed round of funding for Beamery alongside Grupa Pracuj in 2016. Index Ventures then led a £4m funding round for the company the following year, alongside Edenred Capital Partners, GP Ventures and LocalGlobe.
