Centerbridge, Reservoir acquire minority stake in Amedeo
Centerbridge Partners and Reservoir Capital Group have acquired a minority stake in Irish commercial aircraft leasing business Amedeo Capital.
The transaction will enable Amedeo to acquire the US management subsidiary of Intrepid Aviation Holdings Group. The business will also acquire a minority stake in Intrepid, to which it will provide aircraft management and support services.
Intrepid CEO Doug Winter will take on the role of vice-chairperson at Amedeo, while Intrepid chief financial officer Mike Lungariello will become Amedeo's CFO.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Dublin, Amedeo leases aircraft to commercial airlines. Its clients include Emirates, Etihad and Thai Airways. The business has $8bn in aviation assets under management.
