
Volpi's Version 1 bolts on Presidion
Volpi Capital’s Version 1 has completed its ninth bolt-on with the acquisition of Irish data analytics specialist Presidion.
Version 1 also said it has a strong acquisitions pipeline into 2019.
Version secured a €90m investment from London-based Volpi Capital in April 2017 to accelerate its international growth. With this latest addition, Version projects 2018 revenues to be €120m.
Presidion will become part of Version 1’s digital services practice and will continue to operate as Presidion in the UK and Ireland.

Established in 1994 and headquartered in Dublin, Presidion provides data analytics services to commercial organisations and the public sector. With the addition of Presidion, Version 1 will employ 1,200 staff (425 in the UK) with offices across the UK and Ireland.
