
BGF invests £5m in Fleetondemand
BGF has acquired a minority stake in UK-based vehicle rental tech company Fleetondemand with a £5m investment in the business.
Following the deal, BGF investment manager Chris Boyes and head of TMT John Eggleston will join the company's board.
Fleetondemand plans to use the fresh capital to boost its engineering and product development, scale up its team, accelerate its sales strategy in the UK and launch its platform in Europe by the end of 2019.

Established in 2012 and based in Shipley, near Leeds, Fleetondemand offers a platform to connect people and companies to vehicle rental, car leasing, business travel and transportation services globally. The company's client base includes several global transportation providers such as RAC, Hitachi, Europcar, Travelport and Trainline.
