Limerston's AdviserPlus acquires Succeed, backs Elementsuite
Limerston Capital portfolio company AdviserPlus has bolted on HR software company Succeed Consultancy and made an investment in Elementsuite.

The consolidated business will have an expanded range of products covering a broader spectrum of the HR process, from recruitment to retention.
The transaction brings the group's total headcount to more than 250, across two offices in Liverpool and Yorkshire.
