Quilvest’s Eudonet bolts on 3Si
Quilvest Private Equity-backed Eudonet, a France-based CRM technology provider, has acquired UK-based firm 3Si, the developer of OM.Net, a CRM service for the not-for-profit sector.
This acquisition will increase Eudonet's presence in the UK, specifically in the professional associations sector.
As a result of the transaction, 3Si has been renamed Eudonet UK. The new business plans to develop the next generation of OM.Net services, based on Eudonet's advanced cloud technology platform.
Last year, Quilvest acquired Eudonet via its evergreen fund. The GP took over from Naxicap Partners, which bought the business in 2011.
Established in 2000, Eudonet is a publisher and integrator of generalist and vertical CRM services. Based in Levallois-Perret with additional operations in Switzerland, Belgium and Canada, the business registered €12.5m in sales last year.
Company
Founded in 2006 and based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, 3Si has developed OM.Net, a CRM platform for the not-for-profit sector, and in particular professional associations in the UK. OM.Net is currently used by more than 30 significant associations, according to a company statement.
