
Draper Esprit leads $13m series-B for Form3
Draper Esprit has led a $13m series-B funding round for UK-based payment processing platform Form3.
Existing investors Barclays Bank and Angel CoFund also took part in the round, alongside high-net-worth individuals.
The fresh capital will enable the company to invest in the development of new services and pursue international expansion.
Draper Esprit has made a number of investments in the fintech space in recent years, including taking part in rounds for TransferWise, Revolut, CrowdCube and Seedrs.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in London, Form3 develops payment processing software for banks and regulated financial technology companies. Its customers include Ebury, Tandem Bank, LHV Bank and MyPOS.
