Horizon's Bellrock bolts-on Naples Group
Bellrock, a property services firm backed by UK-based Horizon Capital (formerly Lyceum Capital), has acquired Naples Group.
Naples will be the 10th acquisition completed by Bellrock in the last 26 months. Bellrock said Naples' technical skills and customer base would bolster its current service offering nationally, especially for compliance driven estate management. It will expand its capability for condition surveys and specialist fire safety consultancy, as well as mechanical and electrical design and project management.
Bellrock was taken over as SGP Property & Facilities Management Group in 2013 and later rebranded. It was carved out of AIM-listed Johnson Service Group for £32m.
Company
Naples Group provides property-focused consultancy including compliance, surveying, data collection and mechanical and electrical systems design. It comprises NIFES Consulting Group, which is based in Manchester and Glasgow, and The Oakleaf Group, which is based in Northampton.
