
Puma injects £3.6m into Dymag
VCT and EIS manager Puma Private Equity has invested £3.6m in Dymag Performance Wheels, a UK-based manufacturer of carbon wheels for the automotive industry.
Following the deal, Dymag will pursue international expansion and the transfer its main operations into a larger manufacturing facility. The business will also undertake recruitment in its design and production teams.
Dymag said in a statement that it is experiencing organic growth owing to the growing popularity of electric and hybrid engines, in addition to a trend towards optimising efficiencies in petrol and diesel technology.
