
BGF backs The Prezola Group with second investment
BGF has completed another investment in The Prezola Group after the company grew strongly in 2018.
BGF invested £3m in the company in 2017, while the value of the latest round has not been disclosed. The initial investment was used to develop a new website and guest management technology platform, due to be launched this year. Following the latest round, it intends to scale internationally.
Prezola generated revenue growth of 57% in 2018.
Company
Established in 2012 and based in Bath, Prezola produces wedding planning software. It digitises the experience of wedding guests, including invitations and RSVPs, gift lists, accommodation booking and memory sharing. It operates through the brands Prezola and GettingMarried.
