Palatine's CET UK bolts on Enverity
Palatine Private equity has supported the bolt-on of UK-based geotechnical and construction materials testing firm Enverity by portfolio company CET UK.

The acquisition is intended to broaden the range of services offered by the group and expand its nationwide footprint.
Palatine is invested in CET via its third flagship fund, which closed on £220m in 2015 and typically writes equity cheques of £10-30m.

Headquartered in Newark-on-Trent and founded in 2009, Enverity provides geotechnical and construction materials testing services for the civil engineering, structural engineering and geotechnical industries.
