Aquiline's ClearCourse acquires APT Solutions
Aquiline Capital Partners' buy-and-build platform ClearCourse Partnership has acquired APT Solutions, a UK-based developer of member and customer relationship management software.
The transaction is the fourth addition to the London-registered group within just six months of its foundation. Its other acquisitions to date include Clear Direct Debit, Silverbear and MillerTech, all of which are headquartered in the UK.
Following the deal, APT managing director Stuart Shepherd will continue to lead the business, which will continue to operate independently.
