Horizon-backed Totalmobile completes two bolt-ons
Horizon-backed Totalmobile has acquired two companies to ramp up its mobile workforce management services.
It has wholly acquired Derby-based Technology Business Solutions (TBS), a similar company but with significant reach in the facilities management industry, and CloudDialogs, a provider of workforce scheduling SaaS to the building services market.
Totalmobile said TBS's technology would complement its core proposition while adding a commercially proven range of IoT software.
Horizon capital acquired Totalmobile in a buyout in 2015 and has helped gear it toward an SaaS business model.
Company
Founded in 1994 and based in Derby, TBS produces software that enables companies to manage mobile workforces in various industries.
Clouddialogs was set up in Suffolk in 2006 to provide cloud-based SaaS services to the housing sector. Its software allows property managers to engage with customers, suppliers, contractors and staff.
