
DCG, MiddleGame in $20m round for Nivaura
Digital Currency Group (DCG) and MiddleGame Ventures have taken part in a $20m funding round for Nivaura, a UK-based developer of workflow management and process automation software for investment banking.
The round was led by London Stock Exchange Group, with participation from the corporate venture arms of Santander and insurance group Transamerica, law firms Allen & Overy, Linklaters and Orrick, and angel investor Spencer Lake.
Nivaura will look to expand into new geographies and asset classes following the funding round. It will also undertake a recruitment drive in its engineering, business development and senior management teams.

Founded in 2016, London-headquartered Nivaura develops software that automates issuance and administration processes. It focuses on digital investment banking platforms for banks, exchanges and other financial institutions.
