Index leads $6.5m series-A for Josh Wood Colour
Index Ventures has led a $6.5m series-A funding round for home hair dye kit company Josh Wood Colour.
JamJar Investments, the VC fund set up by the founders of Innocent Drinks, and London-based Venrex Investment Management also took part in the financing.
Founder Josh Wood is global colour creative director at hair salon chain Redken and launched his own products through Josh Wood Colour in February 2018.
Index partner Danny Rimer will join the board of Josh Wood Colour following the transaction.
