Palatine-backed Cyberfort bolts on Auriga
Palatine Private Equity has supported the acquisition of cybersecurity and monitoring services firm Auriga Consulting by portfolio company Cyberfort Group.

Cybersecurity consultancy Agenci was acquired in June 2018 and the company created penetration testing specialist business Arcturus.

Auriga offers services in risk and compliance management, as well as IT security design, monitoring and intelligence. Based in London and founded in 2012, the company employs approximately 40 people.
