
NVM invests £2m in Pure Pet Food
NVM Private Equity has invested £2m in UK-headquartered pet food manufacturer Pure Pet Food with capital drawn from its VCTs.
Following the deal, Pure Pet Food intends to invest in product development, recruitment and the expansion of its European distribution network.
The group CEO of pet retail chain Pets at Home, Peter Pritchard, is registered as a director in Pure Pet Food.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Halifax, West Yorkshire, Pure Pet Food manufactures low-processed dehydrated and freeze dried pet food. The company distributes its products internationally through retailers including Pets at Home.
