
Gresham House invests in Rainbird
Gresham House Ventures has invested in Rainbird, a UK-headquartered developer of automated enterprise software.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, though Gresham House writes equity cheques of up to £5m.
The funding round will be used to support "continued commercialisation" of the company's platform, according to a statement, though Rainbird is also currently exploring expansion into the US market.

Founded in 2013, Norwich-headquartered Rainbird develops enterprise software that automates elements of data analytics to gauge potential outcomes of business decisions and enables clients to explore results through a chatbot, app or web assistant. Its platform is used by clients in the financial services, legal, professional services, insurance and healthcare sectors. Rainbird has additional operations in London.
