
AlbionVC co-leads £5m series-A for Limitless Technology
AlbionVC has co-led a £5m series-A funding round for customer service outsourcing platform Limitless Technology.
Downing Ventures and corporate venturing arm Unilever Ventures co-led the round with Albion.
The fresh capital will be used to further develop its SmartCrowd technology and role out its service across Europe, North America and Asia.
Company
Limitless Technology was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in London. It makes software that lets companies outsource customer service to other customers. Customers are rewarded for answering other customers' queries through a mobile application. Its clients include Unilever, Microsoft and Vodafone.
